My name is Md Golam Mostafa. I am the Founder and CEO of ThemeDev.net. I live in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and I have completed my BSc in Computer Science.
I’ve always had a deep passion for technology. At a very young age, I discovered the power of computers and the Internet. I always wondered how gadgets and software worked.
That curiosity turned into my profession and led me to web development.
The Journey Began
My life was quite different. I have been cherishing the hope of being a developer. During my studies for my BSc, I fell in love with programming. So, I started with my passion for web design and development. I started my journey with more traditional coding methods—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. I also learned languages like C and C++. I found the process of building websites from scratch. I began working on various companies as a lead developer. I led some projects of making WordPress Plugins, Themes, and Mobile Apps.
The Need for Next3 Offload

As I continued to work with the WordPress ecosystem, I saw a growing demand for high-quality premium themes and plugins that catered to the needs of small businesses, bloggers, and entrepreneurs. This led me to create ThemeDev in 2019.
I saw businesses struggling with performance issues like slow-loading pages and high server costs, especially regarding media management.
As a solution, I discovered an efficient way to offload media files to the cloud and then created Next3 Offload. This plugin is easy to use, has affordable pricing, and has powerful cloud flexibility. It helps users offload media files to S3-compatible object storage, reduce hosting costs, and speed up their websites.
As time went by, I launched some useful WordPress plugins, such as Cleanly, Washer, Salonly, NextCRM, Evental, and so on. Next3 Offload is one of my leading plugins, and it currently has 34K+ active users.

Last year, our team at ThemeDev had the opportunity to kick back and enjoy some well-deserved downtime in the stunning locales of Cox’s Bazar and Saint Martin. We didn’t just relax — we made memories, strengthened bonds, and had a great time together outside of the office.
This year, we took our adventure to Sylhet, where we explored new places, embraced local culture, and continued to build our strong sense of teamwork. These trips are not just about relaxation; they’re about growing together, sharing experiences, and continuing to foster the collaborative spirit that drives our success.

My advice to people who want to start a business is to chase their dreams with passion. While having a big vision is essential, you also need to be honest about what you can do with the resources you have.
Always remember that running a business isn’t a quick race—it’s a marathon. So, stay patient, stay adaptable, and keep pushing forward, even when things get tough.

My goal with Next3 Offload is to simplify site management by offering users more scalable integrations and smarter media offloading features.
WordPress isn’t just software. Instead, it’s an open ecosystem, like an endless sea of opportunities to empower creators, developers, and businesses.
Over the next five years, I think it will become even more powerful, accessible, and dynamic with full-site editing, AI-powered tools, and deeper third-party integrations.
As technology advances, it will break down complexities, giving users more creative freedom and efficiency. The best part is that innovation never stops.

I Have a Life Other Than the Work
In my free time, I like to read books to gain knowledge, play cricket or football, and enjoy watching movies. During holidays, I spend my time with my kids. If possible I travel around with my family to spend quality time.
