I am Giovanni Cintolo, and I’m 38 years old. I live in a small town near Venice with my wife, who also works with me, our two kids, and three dogs. My life is a mix of creativity, technology, and…magnetic building toys!
When I’m not buried in work, I love spending time with my two little ones, aged 2 and 5, building towers, bridges, and improbable farms with their beloved magnets. Honestly, I’m often the most excited one in the room!
My passion for technology, on the other hand, comes from way back. It all started watching my older brother play early video games and use camcorders, cameras, and eventually, the first family computer. I was always curious to figure out how those devices worked, which is how I got into electronics and computer science.

The Journey Began
My passion for the web began in 2000 when I started creating my first websites. Back then, I used tools like Microsoft FrontPage, but I quickly felt the need to build something more customised. Over the years, I began developing site management areas using PHP, continuously honing my skills.
In 2004, I stumbled upon WordPress. At the time, it was in its infancy, but its potential struck me immediately. It was a tool that made work so much easier and allowed me to focus on creativity without having to reinvent the wheel. From that moment on, WordPress became a constant in my career.
To deepen my passion and build a solid theoretical foundation, I enrolled in the Computer Science program at the University of Venice. There, I had the chance to explore essential concepts that enriched my practical skills and helped me grow professionally.
In 2008, I launched a web TV dedicated to my town near Venice. The project was born from a desire to tell and share local stories through the web. It received great feedback, even getting me featured in local newspapers. This visibility was pivotal for my career. It was then that I decided to turn my passion into a professional venture by starting my own business.

Dynamic.ooo is our brand, created to address practical needs we encountered in our day-to-day work. In 2018, we launched our first plugin, Dynamic Content for Elementor, designed to overcome the limitations of tools available at the time. This plugin marked the start of our journey, providing advanced solutions for Elementor users, and it was warmly welcomed by the community.
Over time, we’ve continued to innovate and listen to user feedback. In 2023, we released our second plugin, Dynamic Shortcodes, designed to further expand customization possibilities in WordPress.
Dynamic.ooo isn’t just a brand—it’s an approach. It’s about combining innovation with attention to detail to provide reliable, high-quality tools. Of course, this journey wouldn’t be possible without our amazing team, whose collaboration and talent drive every stage of the process, from design to execution. Every success we achieve is thanks to them.

My advice to anyone looking to start a business in this field is to stay true to your goals and never compromise. Believe in your ideas and pursue them with determination—it’s the only way to achieve meaningful results.

My Love for the WordPress Community
One of the most rewarding moments of my career was attending WordCamp Europe in 2022 in Porto. It was the first time I could turn years of virtual connections and relationships into real-life encounters. It was a refreshing experience after the social stagnation caused by the pandemic and a pivotal moment both personally and professionally.
In 2023, we were in Athens for WordCamp Europe, and in 2024, we participated in WordCamp Europe in Turin—a particularly special event for us since it was held in Italy. Later that year, we also attended the Core Days in Rome, another opportunity to engage with the community and contribute to the growth of WordPress.
We always aim to be present at these events, actively supporting the community that has given us so much. For us, these gatherings are unique opportunities to share ideas, learn, and feel part of a global network of like-minded people.
I Have a Life Other Than the Work
Balancing work and personal life isn’t always easy, especially since my wife and I are also business partners. Dynamic.ooo is almost like our third child! Still, we always try to put family first, dedicating quality time to our kids and dogs.
Our home is a chaotic, noisy place, but it’s often in the middle of this chaos that the best ideas come to life. Some of our most important insights have come during sleepless nights as parents, when thoughts wander and imagination takes over.
